Q. Why would we use Bespoke Experiences?

Because you’re a savvy traveler looking for a deeper, richer, luxury travel experience. You’ve utilized private tour services abroad and understand the scope, scale and concept of using a custom service in order to maximize your trip. You believe the adage, 'You Get What You Pay For'. You realize the value and efficiency in working with a team of local experts, saving you considerable time and resources in trying to pull this together on your own. You prefer to get off the beaten path, escaping the ordinary. You recognize that the city you are planning to visit is organic and the scene is ever changing so you need someone ‘on the ground’ who knows what’s what.

Q. How much does this cost?

Our rates are determined by time: how long we’re accompanying you and what you’re hoping to achieve. Once your plan is in place we’ll provide an estimate of all anticipated costs. The sky is the limit – from luxury once-in-a-lifetime experiences as extravagant as you can imagine, to value priced inspiring journeys. Your itinerary and budget are finely tailored to include what you want, and nothing you don’t.

Starting rates are competitively valued including a custom itinerary, and an experience Ambassador as your guide who may also be your private licensed chauffeur in luxury transportation (all incidentals are quoted separately, and food and beverages are paid individually). Larger groups require a larger vehicle(s) thus an increase in rate. Corporate incentive and multi-day excursions rates are quoted on an individual basis. Premiums for national holidays, peak seasonal events or late nights may apply at Bespoke’s discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Q. Are these regularly scheduled tours?

There is nothing 'pre-packaged' about our creations. We schedule your unique experience based on your specific needs and availability. For your peace of mind, our time is your time so you're able to feel relaxed, flexible, spontaneous and yet, well-managed.

Q. What is the maximum/minimum group size?

To ensure you have a personal experience, your group will consist of you and your family/friends/colleagues, only. We never mix groups, or put you with strangers. We’ve found the most enjoyable experiences happen when everyone can fit into a single discreet vehicle; that way, everyone feels like their needs are being met, and voices are heard allowing you to chat en route to your next adventure. That could be a luxury sedan, an SUV, a Mercedes Sprinter or even a chartered bus. The more intimate the group, the better, but if your needs and budget have flexibility to scale up, give us a call and we’ll make it work. There is no minimum: if it’s just you, we look forward to becoming your travel companion.

Q. I have a young family; will that be a problem?

Of course not, we’re parents, too! We’ll ensure your itinerary is family friendly, exploring many wonderful local sights and activities designed to delight even our youngest guest. Although we prefer that you bring your own compliant car safety seat, we'll ensure each member of your family is safe. For your convenience we can help source or supplement any item not brought from home.

Q. What happens if the weather interferes with our plans?

We’ll adapt – you’ve hired the best, and we’ll make something work, or reschedule, time permitting. The benefit of having your own private vehicle and guide is greater adaptability, creativity and flexibility so unpredictable weather doesn't interfere with your enjoyment of the city.

Q. Can you help me - I have a mobility restriction or health concern

We will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure you’re able to enjoy our city at a comfortable pace and within a reasonably safe, respectful environment.

Q. Can you help me - I am a travel agent/event planner?

Absolutely. Our co-owner is a CMP accredited professional meeting and event planner, with 20+ years’ experience, and Bespoke has collaborated with some of the best travel agents on the planet. Tell us what you need and we’ll help make you shine.

Q. What if we need to cancel?

Significant time and resources are invested in crafting each unique itinerary; therefore, your deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 calendar days of your scheduled experience your full balance is due and non-refundable. For all contingencies, please refer to our Standard Terms and Conditions to which you agree upon payment of the deposit.

Q. What if we require security?

When working with the world’s elite we understand the need for discretion, privacy and the utmost care. All of our personnel and contractors sign our confidentiality agreements, and we have no qualms about signing your non-disclosure agreements before agreeing to a project, or providing a full security detail, if your VIP entourage requires it. Production departments, personal assistants, agents and managers should reach out to us directly to discuss your specific needs.
