Another 'slam dunk' for Bespoke! Our ambassador, Lisa, was wonderful in every capacity: kind, courteous, knowledgeable, excellent grasp of situational awareness, and was well-prepared. We felt the two half days were better than one long one, and we were especially impressed with the private tours of Bonaventure cemetery, the Green-Meldrin House, and the Prohibition museum. Special times for sure. Lisa also made herself available for dinner restaurant recommendations via text. Overall, Joanie's birthday trip this year was wonderful. Thanks for all you did to make it so.

I had an amazing Bespoke Experience in Miami Beach with Melony today. She is warm, charming and knowledgeable. The private architecture walking tour was perfect and then Melony and I explored the area further, stopping in a wonderful Cuban coffee shop and then doing the take-out at Joe's for Stone Crabs.. Melony offered some wonderful tips for the rest of my afternoon - all of which were spot on. She is a superb person and wonderful asset to your firm. The dinner last night at Sunny's was 5- star ! Very cool place that I would never have known about, wonderful service with super friendly and welcoming staff - especially since I was on my own. I was a little early and they were very gracious to seat me at a corner table for "one" and in addition to an amazingly delicious meal, offered a complimentary raw scallop appetizer... it was a lot of fun. I am really looking forward to Charleston, knowing that another Bespoke Experience is coming our way !! Thanks again for all of your time, effort and attention to detail.

Just to elaborate, Elizabeth, you provided a perfect introduction on the telephone and I knew we were in the right hands. Elizabeth and Jennifer, you picked up right away on everything we wanted to do. Jennifer, you reviewed our itinerary in detail, gave us good advice about our plans for Saturday and Sunday, communicated back and forth as we discussed our restaurant choices, made choices for reservations at three totally delicious restaurants that could not be beat at just the right times for us, helped us confirm our reservations and arrival times at the Pontchartrain Hotel and arranged a totally informative and enjoyable day on Sunday and perfect itinerary with Russell, whose company we thoroughly enjoyed. Everything completely met our expectations and showed the benefits of detailed advanced planning.

You guys absolutely knocked it out of the park for us!!! Vijay and Kira have given me allowing reports about their experience in New York City and Chicago. Kira loved Jonathan particularly and seemed quite chatty with him which we don’t normally see. The meeting with The chemistry professor at Columbia was the highlight for Kira, and lit a fire in her to begin focusing on college admissions in earnest. Vijay also was very impressed with how well everything was organized and said that he could’ve never given her an off the cuff experience that would come anywhere close To what your team was able to do. He said also the neighborhood tours were particularly helpful and just completing the picture of what college life would be like in each of the schools. All in all, this was a great experience and we are so grateful that you guys were able to put together an incredible itinerary with an incredible team that really gave us exactly perfectly while we were looking for. Bespoke Team, The trip to Asheville was amazing and our anniversary unforgettable. Marilyn was the best host and Kim the driver was a joy. Great job, and looking forward to Montreal!

Jennifer, I really enjoyed the bespoke experience. Learned about everything that interested me and more. Many myths about New Orleans were crushed with the true story. The breadth of the tour and the conversation with Janice was tremendous. You have something good going on there. I hope you can expand into Latin America with similar programs.

Perfect experience. First time using Bespoke travel services and couldn’t be more satisfied. Our guide, Alec Quig, was fantastic. Alec is a rapid fire, encyclopedic- knowledge gifted ambassador. He shows you what you want to see as well as what you need to see. Within minutes, we felt we were being shown the city by an old friend. Alec’s knowledge of all things New Orleans is beyond impressive. After a 4-hour tour, my wife and I felt immersed in the diverse culture and layout of the city. We saw just the right amount of neighborhoods, cemeteries, landmarks, restaurants, bars, off the path local joints, and significant places that helped us begin to understand the vibe and soul of New Orleans. From a voodoo priest ritual in Congo Square to the best gas station-fried chicken spot in town, we covered it all. I was one of the 4 who participated on the Bespoke Private Tour in Nashville with Mike Madden this past Tuesday. I wanted to let you know that I personally thought the tour was excellent. Our guide was one of the very best I have had over the years. Bennjin was not only well versed in the history of all that we saw but was extremely accommodating. His patience was second to no one. Not only was he knowledgeable, he displayed an interest in us and our families. He is a remarkable young man and an asset to your organization.

How do you describe a week in New Orleans with a VIP guide that makes every moment magical? It is hard to find the words that adequately communicate what a deliriously, delicious, delectable, divine and somewhat decadent stay was in my favorite city in America. Every step of the way our requests were catered to with seamless precision and infinite attention to detail. Our special needs were anticipated before we even asked and delivered as if we were celebrities.
Her suggestions for every dining experience were decadent and her ability to share meaningful stories about the cities rich history was amazing! More than anything Jennifer's warm character and personality make you feel like you are on an amazing journey with a dear friend.

We had such a wonderful time with you and Travis. We appreciate your kindness and care, as well as your knowledge of the history and culture of New Orleans. You made Debbie and I feel like friends of yours, instead of patrons on a guided tour. We had so much fun, especially eating beignets with you at Cafe Du Monde, walking around the open air market (while listening to the jazz group that was playing) and strolling around Jackson Square. The travel accommodations in your sedan made it extra convenient and comfortable for us, too. I flew into New Orleans along with one of my company’s premier clients. Not knowing the town, where to go or what to show them , we reached out to Bespoke. It absolutely made our trip. I've been on tours and this is not a TOUR. It is made just for YOU! 4) this wasn't just an itinerary - it was high level, personalized service. No headphone, recorded tapes or videos. 5) my father's knee gave out on him earlier on this trip, so Travis was kind enough to assist in getting a rental service to deliver a scooter to the hotel for us. Above and beyond the call of duty! And they shuttled us from each stop to the next in a nice luxury car – truly a blessing with New Orleans weather in October.

Bespoke organized a golf day for a friend and I while my wife and her colleagues attended meetings in the city. Afterwards, we reconnected with our partners and had a wonderful dinner followed by an evening exploring the local nightlife based on their recommendations. Great food. Great fun. When we returned to the city we again approached Bespoke to customize an experience for my parents, wife and I. My father and I are ex-military so Bespoke accompanied us on relaxed afternoon tours of the museum, battlefield, and cemetery as well as an uncomplicated, inexpensive lunch that suited my folks just fine. We love New Orleans, and will use Bespoke again when we come back.
