A retired teacher born and raised in the West, educated in the East, and longtime resident of Kentucky, Bettina embraces the many cultures and climates of the US. She speaks German and has spent several years studying and living in Germany. When she's not leading Bourbon tours or Bespoke Experiences in Kentucky, you can find her guiding students in Washington DC or aboard a Mississippi Riverboat.

If at home in Kentucky, church with my son and daughter in law, a long walk at Shaker Village in Pleasant Hill followed by family dinner makes for an ideal Sunday. It is a joy to spend time with my adult children! If I'm on the road and on my own, my Sundays include a long walk, a peek into local churches and museums and an early cocktail and dinner, preferably with a great sunset view!
