You will be asked about your recent health history and current wellness. If you are unwell, exhibiting temperatures above 100.4°F and/or have symptoms including persistent coughing, sneezing, shortness of breath, or body aches, please consider rescheduling once you are recovered (minimum 14 days).
Based on local requirements, you may be required to wear a face covering or mask, fully covering both your nose and mouth.
Our Experience Ambassadors will be equipped with single-use, sealed masks, hand-sanitizer, and disinfectant wipes for use.
To reduce the risk of transmission, please bring your own refreshments, personal items, and umbrellas.
If utilized, our private transportation will be thoroughly cleaned before and after transfers.
All frequently touched objects and surfaces will be disinfected:
· Seats and seatbelts
· Door handles, armrests, vents, and cup-holders
· Interior hold points/support bars
· Driver controls
Our team will not commit to an experience unless we are confident we are well.
Our Ambassadors will wear face coverings per local requirements (or at the guests’ request) and use social distancing while outdoors, respecting your space and all local ordinances.
We discourage shaking hands or touching your personal passenger items (bags, suitcases).
Covid Cancellation Policy
Your $200 initial reservation deposit remains non-refundable. Until further notice, if you opt to cancel or post-pone your trip we will hold onto any additionally deposited funds and provide you with the opportunity to re-book once the adversity has passed.
Bespoke guests are responsible for abiding by all rules or guidelines we have put in place for everyone's protection. While these measures do not guarantee you will not contract the virus while on a Bespoke Experience, you acknowledge that you are participating at your own risk.
